You can quickly check an order for status updates. This can be helpful in many situations, such as when you need to know whether progress has been made on a service of process attempt. In such cases, the order status update would display information such as the process server’s notes and other helpful details.
To take advantage of this feature use Manage Cases to search by case, then select the order to get an expanded view that offers more information. The expanded view lets you see documents that are attached to the order as well as an order summary.
Here’s how it works.
Being by logging in to your Rapid Legal account and go to Manage Cases.
In Manage Cases, use the search bar to search by case. Then, expand the case by selecting the green dot at left. Select the order number next to the dot to view status, documents, and summary.
To expand and view status, select the order number.
With the view expanded, you can review important status information including details about service of process attempts or execution; find out whether service of process was done as personal service or subserved; and more. The expanded view also allows you to print an invoice or contact us — the Rapid Legal customer support team.
